Request a cancellation or return

Withdrawal and cancellations

You may withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For goods ordered together and delivered separately, this starts after the last item arrives. Statutory extensions and more favourable mandatory rights remain applicable.

Tell us you wish to withdraw

Use the cancellation or return request in your customer account, or email an unequivocal notice to fastyresrls@gmail.com. You may also write to FASTTYRE SRLS, Via delle Rose 21, 71041 Carapelle (FG), Italy. Send your notice before the deadline. Supplier approval is not a condition for exercising this right.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us, unless we arrange collection. Ask us promptly for the correct supplier-specific destination and instructions; the registered office is not the returns warehouse. These routing instructions do not extend or suspend your statutory rights. Keep proof of dispatch. You are responsible only for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods; fitting or using a tyre may affect its value.

Return costs and refunds

For a change of mind, you bear the direct return cost only where this was disclosed before purchase. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the required cost or estimate must be disclosed before purchase. Otherwise we bear those costs where the law requires. No automatic restocking fee applies. We reimburse payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise without fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect them.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us about defects, damage or incorrect items. Fastyres remains responsible for your statutory conformity rights; these are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not restricted to 14 days. Remedies required by law are free of charge. Do not pay or send goods to an unconfirmed address; we will provide the appropriate arrangements.
